In 2015, Solers Palaestra Ltd invested in a development project, in the affluent town of Holt, Norfolk. Planning was granted for 5 shop units and a one-bedroom apartment known as Franklyn’s Yard. The project was fully completed in 2018, the building is imposing, but blends seamlessly with the Georgian style. In the development of the property Solers Palaestra looked at technologies to meet environmental impact, sound transmission as well as aesthetics to blend in to the surrounding area.
